Exciting Launch day of "Ever After (The Christmas Cottage) by Samantha Chase

Lots of research and planning went into the "Launch" of "Ever After (The Christmas Cottage) by Samantha Chase on Amazon.com, in the Kindle Store.  All the planning and positive and flexible attitude in the world could not have prepared for the issue I was awoke to this morning.. (or actually we found out about yesterday when we discovered the book was listed earlier) ah the unexpected and undesirable issues that sometimes arise.  The issue, quite a significant one, the LIKE button on the books page was missing, which is big part of the tracking and ranking system.  But we did not crumble, heck no there is more.  We contacted support and then looked for ways to get activity on the page without the button, after all PURCHASE make a difference too.  If you are experiencing this problem (not just with our page but mentioned alot in the Amazon forums).  We appreciate all those who kept sharing and checking back to see if the issue resolved itself.  Despite the few issues we fared well for the First Day and the best part of the Release Day is just starting when everyone gets home and catches up on the email, and social media they will see us.  WE ARE THERE!  Facebook, Twitter, Google, Squidoo, Authorsden, Tumblr and some others...  Keep sharing with your friends and help everyone discover the NEWEST Release from Best Selling author of "The Christmas Cottage", Samantha Chase.  Her fan page is found on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/SamanthaChaseFanClub or on Authorsden.com http://www.authorsden.com/visit/author.asp?id=169565

Well finally hours later and 1/2 through the day we get answers.  Which some people could take and do the necessary STEPS to fix the browser to cooperate with Amazons site and viola' they can like the post.  But some were going to need more information.

The solution is You have to sign out of your Amazon account, clear your internet cache and then sign back in and VOILA!  You have a like button!

Okay??? if you don't know how to do this..  we have that solved too :)
