Tall Bookcase is from my childhood home. One of the few "purchases" I remember my parents making and my dad had to "adapt" the bottom shelf by cutting a hole in the back so they could run a power cord for a record player that was kept on the last shelf. It use to have doors on the bottom where the binders are, but I removed them so I could utilize the space better.

More Motivation and Fitness equipment. Right next to my "workstation" armchair with an ottoman (Unique!) and oh so comfortable..
Where all the magic happens! My chair and Laptop! with Wi-fi printer, scanner, fax machine right next to me.. For top efficiency and productivity. When I want to capture on of my many handwritten notes, Magazine articles or Pictures. I can reach over, scan it and utilize it in my computer. Stored safely and for whenever I might want to use it for something. I also can upload it to my Google Drive so it is available wherever I want to access it. Any computer, or electronic device. I can share it with someone, download it into a program whatever I need to do with my treasured pictures and documents I can do.
NO RESTRICTIONS!! No Limitations!!!! (that can't be overcome) In complete control of my stuff.
You can Organize and Utilize your preferences, family heirlooms, exercise equipment, office space and your inspirational and motivational things to help your work space YOURS, Unique and reflective of you. No excuses, no obstacles due to "design rules" or other unrelated expectation.
